Company may inspect or refuse baggage.

Company-cancelled trips: refund only if paid directly to company.
Passenger late arrival/no-show: full fare charged.
Bad weather sailing ban: no refund, only credit note (depending on timing).
Passenger cancellations: 2 weeks before: 50% refund or credit note, 48 hrs–2 weeks: credit note only and less then 48 hrs: no refund.
Tickets cannot be split into separate trips.
