General Travel Rules
- The company may refuse passengers or goods without explanation.
- Indonesian law applies to all bookings; only written agreements can change terms.
- Children/infants must be accompanied; unpredictable sea conditions may occur.
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers, those with heart issues, serious back problems, or major physical impairments.
- Max luggage: 2 pieces / 25?kg total; contents can be inspected, dangerous items refused.
- The company is not responsible for injury, or for loss/damage to luggage.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling: request at least 2 days before departure; subject to seat availability.
- The company can cancel/change schedules for safety, weather, technical issues, or government orders β without liability for extra costs (e.g., hotels, flights).
- Passenger cancellations:Β >7 days before: Full refund, 3β6 days before: 50% refund, and ? 2 days, no?show, or late arrival: No refund
- Promotional tickets: Non?refundable, no changes to date/time/name.
Refund & Payment Conditions
- If the company cancels a trip, the fare is refunded (minus bank fees); if booked via an agent, passengers must claim money from the agent
- No chargebacks allowed once services are delivered.
- Bank fees for reversals are the passengerβs responsibility.
Travel Tips
- Allow at least a 24-hour buffer before any onward flights.
- Written notice required for cancellations.
